These products are used, previously owned, or second-hand Hermès dust bags purchased lawfully on the secondary market and lawfully enhanced by the addition of artistic or ornamental designs. Shipping Lead Time
I aim to ship all bags within 7-15 days. All packages will be dispatched with a signature required by the carrier.
All Items
You have 7 days from the date of merchandise receipt to be eligible for an exchange or upgrade. Items should be unused and in the same state they were received. Products must be in their original packaging and must have proof of purchase.
Upon receiving your item, I will inspect it and notify you about the status of your exchange or upgrade. Any items not exchanged or upgraded will be given store credit for future use.
Cancellation Policy
Naomi's Handcrafted Bags prioritizes high-quality products and unmatched customer service. I understand there might be times you need to cancel an order before it's shipped. Although I generally do not cancel orders, I offer eligible customers the option to receive store credit or exchange their purchases.
Customers wishing to cancel an order that hasn't been shipped yet aren't entitled to a refund. However, they can opt for store credit, exchange their order for a different item, or upgrade to a more expensive product.
Flash Sale Items
All sales from Flash Sales are conclusive. Each vintage bag on Flash Sale will come with a detailed description and photos. I advise you to read the product details thoroughly and view all pictures. The prices of Flash Sale items reflect the item's condition.
Final Sale Policy
Orders from Flash Sales and Custom Order requests are final. I don't accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for these. By making a purchase, you confirm and agree to these terms. I hold the right to alter or update this policy when necessary. Changes to this policy will be announced on my website. Thank you for understanding and choosing to shop with me.
