Customization Service - Estimated Time

To customize your handbag, we require some time. The production cycle for each bag takes approximately 7-10 days, followed by an additional 7-10 days for shipping. Therefore, the total time from receiving your bag to delivering it to you is approximately 15-20 days. All bags are made according to the order schedule. For some bags with complex craftsmanship, the production time may be extended by 3-5 days. Hence, the delivery time is approximately 20-25 days.

Expedited Customization Service

If you require faster delivery, please contact us. To request an urgent order, please send an email to info@naomicrafted.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but additional fees may apply.

Return Shipping Fees

If you need to return or exchange items, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the items to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Missed Delivery Attempts

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during the scheduled delivery attempts. If our shipping carrier makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fees.

Shipping to Courier or UPS Points

If you choose to have the items shipped to a courier or UPS point for pickup, you will be responsible for retrieving the package within the specified holding period. Any holding fees or charges incurred due to failure to collect the package in a timely manner will be your responsibility.

International Shipping

According to the United States Postal Service's advisory: Due to COVID-19, international orders may take 20-25 days for delivery.

These dust bags have been artistically altered and enhanced with new designs. Naomi's Handcrafted Bags does not claim any rights in the trademarks, nor does it claim to sell new Hermès, Dior, or Gucci products. The transformations these items have undergone are not authorized or endorsed by the original manufacturers, and the products are not to be misconstrued as a product of Hermès, Dior, or Gucci.
